Do I need an app?

No. Your card lives in Apple Wallet or Google Wallet on your phone. Scan the code, add it, and you are done.

What counts as a drink?

Every handcrafted drink earns one star, in any size, up to 5 stars per person per day. Water or add-ons on their own earn nothing.

Can I use Members and Rewards together?

Yes. Your Rewards stars still land. The 10% Members discount does not stack with other discounts.

I lost my phone

Your card is tied to your name and email. Ask at the window and we will sort it out.
